Haven’t collected your vehicle passes yet? Visit our office to get your car passes to avoid delays and checks at the gate.
What do you need?
- Documents to prove you are the owner or rentee
- Proof of ownership
- Rental agreement
- Vehicle Registration Number(s)
- Photo of a recent service bill payment proof
Garbage Collection
* Food waste is collected specifically for animal feed, so please ensure only food items are included in this.

- Green waste collection will be happening on:
- Zone 1 – Every Tuesday (Waste should be put out by Monday evening)
- Zone 2 – Every Friday (Waste should be put out by Thursday evening)

Tree branches or large amounts of green waste collection will be charged based on volume, difficulty, and time taken to load. So pls cut them in a easy way to load to tractor
- Our manager will inform the respective resident of the charges.
- If the resident is reachable and agrees, collection will proceed.
- If the resident cannot be contacted, the collection will still be done, and the charge will be added to the next service bill.
- Please avoid dumping green waste on the roadside on a daily basis. Kindly keep all waste within your own boundary and put it out in front of your property only on the scheduled collection days mentioned above. Do not place waste on others’ property.
- Be a responsible resident and separate items into bags/bins as specified in the image above
- Please remember to pay attention to the designated garbage collection dates when putting out your waste. Continuous failure to do so can result in fines being imposed in the future
- DO NOT leave your garbage in front of another house
