The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of our Welfare Society will be held on Saturday, 7th December, at 4:00 PM.
The AGM is a critical event where we will elect new committee members to lead our community. We encourage all residents to actively participate in this by nominating individuals you believe can contribute meaningfully to our society’s leadership.
The required form for this can be downloaded from our website, or else you can come to the office and get it.
How to Nominate:
1. Download the nomination form.
2. Fill it out to nominate a fellow resident who is eligible and willing to serve.
3. Obtain the nominee’s consent and signature on the form to confirm their approval.
4. Submit the completed form by 4th December to our office or deliver it directly to us.
